HOLD THAT GHOST is one hilarious haunted house/gangster film - an early Abbott & Costello effort and one of my favorites. The movie features a superb cast and it's loaded with funny routines and moments. You've got a young Richard Carlson, Joan Davis (who's outstanding by herself and with Lou), Evelyn Ankers, The Andrews Sisters, Ted Lewis and even Shemp Howard (albeit it's a very small role).
~ "Hey, even I'm in it."

Bud and Lou are just great in this, and their comic timing shines. And that Joan Davis - what a funny lady! You'll find lots of snappy dialogue and fun scare bits here. Don't miss this one.

i don't think i've ever seen this one. or if i have, it's been years and years. i should watch it soon.
