Pest exterminators Moe, Larry and Curly are mistakenly hired as professional escorts to work a ritzy party. After they arrive, they first demonstrate proper table etiquette for the guests, and then replace the band to provide music for the occasion. They achieve this by pretending to play instruments while using a record player. A few mice turn up, so the boys go into action trying to rid the joint of the pests.
Some highlights are the early mouse catching scenes and Moe playing the bass fiddle with a saw. Larry has a great bit when they first see expensive silverware at the party. When asked, "What do you do with it?", Larry replies, "I'll show ya what to do with it" and starts putting some in his pocket. I also find it very funny when Larry and Curly think they've detected mice. They drill holes in the walls and Curly pumps exterminating liquid right into the face of a couple guests!
Overall, a fun short. It seems to run quick, though the dinner scene is a bit long. It's somewhat unusual that Moe deals out very little punishment.
