Starring John Agar, Paula Raymond, Stephen Dunne, Roy Gordon, Joe Besser!!, and Butch Patrick (Yes, pre-Eddie Munster)
HAND OF DEATH is a neat little SciFi thriller. Clocking in at a quick 58 minutes, this tale of science gone wrong features John Agar in the lead and a gorgeous Paula Raymond as his love interest. While experimenting with a new deadly gas, Agar sadly becomes infected. The result is a walking menace who can kill with the touch of his hand. The film moves along nicely and features some really cool background music full of bongos and occasional theremin. The effects are fun, and being a 3 Stooges fan, seeing Joe Besser in this was priceless.

Besser's sudden death scene is unusual and in a way shocking. His character is a bit of a fuss-budget, but also upbeat and when he gets it, it seems unexpected and tragic.
