Did anyone else see the recent pbs tribute to 1950s music? It was astonishing how they persuaded those 1950s singers to make an appearance again, old as they are at over 70 years of age.
My only Disappointment was that PAT BOONE did Not sing. He was already there as one of the emcees, so he obviously should have sung too. Age is NO problem--after all, GOGIE GRANT came back to sing THE WAYWARD WIND, and PATTI PAGE was there as well to sing TENNESSEE WALTZ. So it baffles me why PAT BOONE'S singing was Omitted when he was already there in attendance.
